Tax-year records
See each tax year added up. ClaimSnappy can prepare a P87 from your records for you to check.
ClaimSnappy keeps your records in order. It doesn’t decide what you’re entitled to claim, promise a refund, or give tax advice. For that, check HMRC’s guidance or ask an accountant.
Everything accounted for.
Each month becomes one tidy pack: your company’s claim form filled in, a summary of spending, mileage and VAT, every receipt, and a CSV for the books.

Questions, answered.
Something else? Ask us.
Can I use ClaimSnappy personally?
Yes. The Personal plan is free for keeping your own work receipts and journeys in order, with a monthly allowance.
Can ClaimSnappy tell me what I can claim back in tax?
No. ClaimSnappy keeps your records in order and can prepare a P87 for you to check, but it doesn’t decide what you’re entitled to. For that, check HMRC’s guidance or ask an accountant.
Can employees track mileage?
Yes. Start a trip when you set off and the iPhone app records the route, then works out the miles at HMRC’s approved rate. You can also add a journey by hand.
