Account
Create an account on the website, then finish the short desk setup. Sign in with the same email in the app.
Export or delete from Settings → You. Type your email to confirm a delete. On a business desk that leaves the organisation; receipts stay on file until the retention date.
Plans
Personal is free: receipts, mileage, and one Personal Tax Relief Pack a month. Business is £39 a month, up to 10 people. Business+ is £69 a month, up to 30. Accountant is free forever. A desk already on Professional or per-seat billing keeps that until it changes. One desk uses one cashier — you cannot mix Stripe and Apple.
A desk already billed through the App Store renews until you cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Website plans change in Settings → Billing, or in Stripe’s billing portal.
Live trips
A live trip needs Always location so the round keeps going if you lock the phone. The app explains that before Apple’s permission sheet. If you chose While Using, turn Always on in iOS Settings → claimsnappy → Location.
